Location: Shady Cove, OR

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay: Starting at $20-$25/hour (DOE)

Position Overview:

We are hiring a reliable and experienced Construction Lead to join our growing team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who has a strong background in construction, is confident in their skills, and is ready to lead small teams or projects. You will play a key role in maintaining job site quality, safety, and efficiency, while also guiding less experienced crew members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small construction projects and oversee crew members

• Perform a variety of skilled construction and handyman tasks

• Read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and project layouts

• Ensure quality craftsmanship and job site cleanliness

• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Communicate clearly with crew and supervisors

• Support training of laborers and enforce safety standards

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on construction or handyman experience

• Ability to read measurements and interpret construction drawings

• Proven leadership skills and strong work ethic

• Reliable transportation to various job sites (required)

• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions

Preferred:

• Prior lead or supervisory experience

• Familiarity with framing, drywall, carpentry, or other related trades
