Compensation

$145,000 - $160,000 based on experience and qualifications

What You'll Be Doing

Lead design and development of major water and wastewater infrastructure

Manage and mentor a team of 5-6 engineers and CAD techs

Oversee planning, permitting, bidding, and construction phases

Coordinate with TCEQ on permitting and CCN modifications

Ensure quality assurance across deliverables and documentation

Guide project execution to align with scope, schedule, and budget

Conduct site visits and lead construction progress meetings

What You'll Need to be Considered

Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE)

Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program

Experience with Texas-specific water/wastewater systems

Familiarity with tools like WaterCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam, GO HEC-RAS

Capability to lead diverse engineering teams on complex projects
