The ideal candidate has at least3-5 years of MIG and TIG welding experience. The welder MUST be able toweld thin wall pipe in carbon, stainless and aluminum, while it is on apositioner rotating in a circle. They need to understand how to assemblethe parts and think outside the box. It is not just welding to pieces ofsteel together. MUST know how to TIG weld aluminum.
