Hiring Talented HVAC Techs Four Seasons Home Services compensation: Great pay + commissions! employment type: job title: HVAC Technician Four Seasons home services is a family owned and operated business since 1983. We provide honest and exceptional service valley wide focusing on residential and light commercial properties with no sales pressure. Responsibilities: Repair, install, and adjust industrial machinery and pipeline distribution systems Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Weekend on call (Saturday & Sunday) once every 4 weeks. Weekday on call 4 days every 30 days(Non-consecutive) Continuing education is new technology and best practices. Qualifications: Previous experience in machinery or other related fields Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Clean driving record EPA certified What We Are Looking For: Skilled in trouble-shooting and capable of repairing units of all ages, brands, and models. We are a small company with big company recourses that can keep all of our technicians busy year-round and have NEVER laid off a technician because of lack of work. We are looking for both seasoned and green technicians to grow and reach the next level with us, with potential to advance in the company. Must have own hand tools, experience, and clean driving record for consideration.
