Welder**We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Welder/Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for MIG welding a variety of steel materials across a range of thicknesses. You'll work on diverse projects, fabricating common shapes like angle, tubing, and channel, ensuring high-quality welds and precise fabrication.**Responsibilities:**- Perform MIG welding on various steel components and structures.- Work with materials of varying thicknesses, from thin gauge to heavy plate.- Fabricate and weld a variety of material types, including but not limited to angle iron, square/rectangular tubing, channel, and plate.- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to project requirements.- Operate and maintain MIG welding equipment and other fabrication tools safely and efficiently.- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.**Qualifications:**- Experience in MIG welding is preferred, but we strongly encourage recent graduates from trade schools with relevant training to apply.- Strong understanding of fabrication principles and practices.- Preferred ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints, but not required.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions.
