What We're Looking For
We're hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Controls Service Technicians to join our Houston-based team. If you take pride in your work, value stability, and want to be part of a respected, growing company - we'd love to talk to you.
Position Details
What You'll Do:
Diagnose, maintain, and repair a variety of commercial HVAC, controls, and refrigeration systems.
Analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs direct digital control systems at customer's location.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment related to controls, refrigeration, HVAC, and appliance systems.
Perform regular inspections and maintenance on automated machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Handle service calls efficiently and professionally.
Document all work clearly, including parts used and service details.
Deliver top-tier customer service and system education.
Collaborate with team members to meet job timelines.
What You Bring to the Table
3-6+ years of commercial HVAC service experience required
1-4+ years of commercial refrigeration experience preferred (walk-ins, reach-ins, etc.)
A minimum of two years' experience in HVAC control systems and/or local area network support and maintenance.
Experience as a lead or foreman is a strong plus.
EPA Type II certification (required)
Valid TDLR Technician license (required)
Strong understanding of HVAC/R principles and systems
Professional, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Valid Texas driver's license with a clean record
What We Offer
$32.00-$42.00/hour starting wage (based on experience)
Weekly pay
Company vehicle with tools: recovery machine, vacuum pump, ladders, etc.

401(k) with generous match (contribute 6%, get 4%)
Paid time off - up to 20 days based on industry experience
