Job Description
Osmose is currently seeking a Sr Power Engineer to work with a high-performing team in an Engineering group. This position will be responsible for managing cross functional relationships, while driving projects to completion.
Responsibilities:
+ Design relaying schemes, wiring diagrams, and relay settings related to substation projects.
+ Perform relay and device operation testing, client assistance, and commissioning of protective devices and associated equipment.
+ Determine downline protective device placement and coordination for sectionalizing study projects.
+ Manage power engineering projects including new construction and rebuilds.
+ Manage and mentor other employees working on projects.
Requirements:
+ Bachelors degree in engineering
+ 5+ years of experience in the power industry
+ Experience with SEL and Cooper relays and relay settings software preferred
+ Experience producing and interpreting wiring diagrams and control schematics preferred
