The successful candidate will play a key role in the creation of architectural drawings, plans, and documentation for a wide range of project types. Qualifications: Education : Associate's degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or related field. A Bachelor's degree is a plus. Experience : At least 1-4 years of experience in architectural drafting, with a focus on Residential and Multi Family. Technical Skills : Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD). Experience with 3D modeling, sketch up, photoshop and rendering is a plus. Regulatory Knowledge : Strong understanding of local building codes, ADA requirements, and zoning laws. Attention to Detail : Ability to create accurate and thorough technical drawings while adhering to established standards. Communication : Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges related to site constraints, construction methods, and building systems. Project Management : Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
