Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of hybrid infrastructure spanning Azure and on-premises environments.
Modernize legacy infrastructure and support digital transformation initiatives for trading, research, and operations teams.
Develop infrastructure automation using Ansible, PowerShell, and other scripting tools.
Architect and deploy Windows Server and Active Directory environments across distributed global offices and data centers.
Implement enterprise-grade network security, redundancy, and performance optimization across global data centers and offices.
Migrate and manage virtualization workloads using VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM.
Support containerized applications with Kubernetes and Docker, integrating CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
Design and implement monitoring and alerting systems
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high availability and performance for critical systems.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience, with a recent focus on cloud and hybrid architecture/engineering.
Proven experience automating infrastructure and deployments using tools like Ansible, PowerShell, and CI/CD pipelines.
Deep experience with Azure, including cloud migration and resource optimization.
Strong background in network architecture, firewall technologies (Fortinet preferred), and enterprise security.
Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise desktop management tools
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Working knowledge of financial systems, algorithmic trading infrastructure, or real-time processing is a strong plus.
Excellent documentation and communication skills, capable of interfacing with senior leadership and technical teams.
Nice to Have:
Experience with endpoint security solutions.
Exposure to data integration and reporting tools
Understanding of low-latency networks and real-time market data environments.
