At the same time, we foster a dynamic, growth-oriented workplace where employees thrive.ATI has a current need for a full-time **Senior Electrical Inspector** to provide **construction management services** to support the multi-billion dollar construction of multiple new, secure buildings at Fort Meade, Maryland.**Duties and Responsibilities**Primary duty will be to provide inspection, monitoring, and reporting on electrical system construction. Other duties may include, but not be limited to, the following:Review designs, submittals, construction drawings, construction specifications and resolve issues associated with electrical systems.Provide troubleshooting recommendations to the client through reports with a clear statement of the problem, analysis and resolution to problem.Provide comments citing specific deficiencies on technical submittals, construction plans, and specifications to include but not limited to design flaws, calculation errors, incorrect / missing procedures, and reference of correct information.Provide review comments on contract submittals pertaining to all contract specification sections, to assure that they conform to the individual specification requirements, document review comments, and recommend government action.Monitor the timeliness of all such submittal reviews to ensure their completion within the time frames required by the contracts involved.Monitor the Contractors design, construction or service submittal log and advise the Government of late or overdue submittals.Attend and participate in meetings such as preconstruction and pre-performance conferences, quality control coordination meetings, progress meetings, or other conferences and meetings held between the Governments representatives and design and construction Contractors.**Required Qualifications and Experience**Minimum of ten (10) years construction management experience, preferably with large-scale Government projects.Minimum Journeyman Electrician license, Master Electrician is highly preferred.Experience on US Army Corps of Engineers or other DoD projects is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of professionalism.**US citizenship and the ability to secure a base clearance** in a timely manner is required.Job Type:Full-timePay Range:$120,000 - $135,000/year depending on degree and experienceLocation: Fort Meade, MDWorking Hours:Normal Work Hours - Monday - Friday (anticipate 40 per week).Benefits:ATI offers a generous benefits package including;Competitive salary;11 annual paid holidays and minimum 15 days of paid leave;Employee and family medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance with 75% of the premiums paid by the company;[]{s=""}
