We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician on a 6-month contract to perm basis. Company is located in Gaylord, MN. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fixing machines with many years of electrical or mechanical experience and knowledge. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks mechanical repairs, electrical repairs, getting dirty while being in and out of machines daily. Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and repairs on various systems. Lead small teams on specific projects or repairs when necessary. Perform welding tasks as needed for repairs or installations. Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions effectively. EXPERIENCE Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform various repair tasks independently. Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems Excellent leadership abilities to guide teams during maintenance projects.
