We are currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee, supervise, and coordinate Overhead and Underground Electrical Distribution projects. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage schedules, budgets, and client expectations while supporting field crews and ensuring project success. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for infrastructure are key. Job Responsibilities Create and execute project work plans; revise as needed to meet evolving requirements. Identify and allocate resources based on project needs. Manage project schedules, costs, and client expectations. Review team deliverables before submission to clients or leadership. Apply project management methodologies to ensure timely execution. Develop and implement risk management strategies. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation. Support field crews by removing roadblocks and facilitating progress. Project Accounting Track daily field reports and production data using Excel. Analyze data and generate cost reports. Monitor labor hours, expenses, and project budgets. Ensure timely invoicing and follow up on receivables. Analyze project profitability and financial performance. Business Development Identify opportunities for additional work or new projects. Support proposal development, scoping, and estimating. Represent the company in client meetings and communications. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Construction Management preferred. Experience with scheduling software (Primavera, Monday.com preferred). Knowledge of electric utility construction is highly desirable. PMP certification is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Understanding of revenue models, P&L, and cost projections. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Detail-oriented, motivated, and results-driven. Strong data entry skills with accuracy and speed. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Workplace Type This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, CA, with flexibility and support for professional development and license renewal.
