TRAFFIC ENGINEER
LOCATION
Milwaukee, WI
Bloom is currently seeking a Traffic Engineer with experience in Highway/Roadway planning and design principles. Our family of engineers is growing, and we would love the chance to see if you fit in with the culture we have built. We believe that any person with enough self-motivation can achieve anything, and that everyone deserves the chance to prove themselves. Every new employee brings with them unique talents and perspectives. We see value in that here at Bloom. We have developed a mentor-mentee culture that allows us to all share our experiences with one another; and in return we can all grow personally and professionally. Where you have shortcomings, others in the company may have strengths. Keep that in mind as you read through our preferred additional qualifications below. We see value in anything you can bring to the table; even if it's something other than what we have listed here.
The candidate will design and manage transportation systems with a focus on optimizing traffic flow, safety, and efficiency.
