LOCATION: Portland, OR (parking offered)
SALARY: $60k-$70k yearly
SCHEDULE: Direct Hire/ Full time: Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Learn product lines, customer base, vendor contacts, and internal procedures.
Communicate with international customers, vendors, and internal team members.
Obtain vendor pricing and generate quotes including freight.
Enter and process customer orders accurately in NetSuite.
Read and interpret mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC specifications and drawings.
Identify and build relationships with new vendors as needed.
Organize and manage high volumes of documentation andmunication.
Prioritize multiple tasks andmunicate conflicts or delays with the team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a buy/sell product sales environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbalmunication skills.
Ability to manage high volumes of paperwork and maintain detailed filing systems.
Strong time management,anization, and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.
Natural curiosity and willingness to research products and solutions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performingputer-based tasks.
