General Laborer Job Description We are seeking a motivated General Laborer to join our team. This role involves operating forklifts, handling materials, and manually lifting blocks to create customer orders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable reading tickets, loading flatbeds, and organizing pallets. Responsibilities Operate forklifts to transport materials efficiently. Handle materials and organize pallets for optimal workflow. Read tickets accurately and load flatbeds accordingly. Manually lift blocks to fulfill customer orders. Essential Skills Proficiency in forklift operation. Experience in loading and order picking. Additional Skills & Qualifications Block experience preferred but not required. Why Work Here? Work Environment This role involves working outdoors in a hot environment, standing for long periods under a bay that is non-air conditioned. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Haines City, Florida. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr.
