Electrician, Philadelphia PA

Overview Centerline Communications in Swedesboro NJ is seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician for an immediate start to work in the Eastern PA market! In this role, you'll handle the installation, repair, and maintenance of both wireless and wired telecommunications equipment. You'll also be involved in various tasks within our Line and Antenna division. This position has been newly created to support our company's growth. What You Will Need Work Environment This position is provided with a company vehicle, laptop, phone, credit card and all major tools/equipment needed for the role. However, hand tools are a responsibility of the electrician. This is a hybrid role where the Electrician will be based out of theSwedesboro NJ location but job dependent can go right to the job site; work is predominantly in the Eastern PA market but this position will cover NJ, PA etc area. Travel to sites is required, sometimes in excess of 100 miles in company provided vehicle. Hours are Mon-Fri with expectation of 50-55 hours per week as a non-exempt employee. Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable under the company insurance policy. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk and hear. The employee must regularly lift up to 51 pounds, be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices), carry and climb ladders, work from heights, work in small crawl spaces, balance, stoop, kneel. The employee is expected to work in all weather conditions, both in extreme cold and heat. The employee may drive for extended periods of time, including all weather and light conditions. Expected compensation includes $35 to $45 an hour and benefits including medical, vision, and dental benefits, and 401k retirement plan available for eligible employees.
