Duties: 1) Complete architectural designs of Residential and Commercial structures, including for architectural designs for proposed remodeling, enhancing and reconfiguring spaces;

2) Use architectural equipment and computer aided design and other tools to draw design concepts to be proposed to the clients;

3) Consult with clients in order to effectively describe and explain the architectural drawings and to obtain clients feedback regarding clients functional and special requirements;

4) Ensure builder compliance with design specifications by periodically inspecting work and providing instructions on corrects needed to come into compliance with architectural design.

Requirement: At least Bachelors Degree in Architecture. Training: None. Experience: None. Equivalent Foreign Degree Accepted. Any suitable combination of experience of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
