Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in large-scale construction; HVAC experience preferred. Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ranging from $50K to $10M+. Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software (training available). Ability to coordinate labor, materials, and logistics with minimal oversight. Comfortable leading projects across multiple industrial buildings with light travel. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal reporting. Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
