We are looking for a Foreman/Driller. Key Responsibilities: Crew Management: Supervise and lead a diverse construction crew, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards. Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for business clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. Communication: Liaise with upper management to report progress, resolve issues, and implement project changes as needed. Project Coordination: Assist in planning and scheduling work, coordinating with subcontractors, and monitoring project timelines and budgets. Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining a safe work environment. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in construction management, with a strong background in on-site operations and crew supervision. Proven track record of managing construction projects from start to finish. Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business or extensive years of practical experience in construction management is preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to read blueprints, interpret project plans, and ensure adherence to technical specifications. Proficient in using construction management software and basic office applications. The salary range for this position is $35.00 hourly . This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
