We are seeking for a skilled and motivated Estimator to join our dynamic team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assessing project costs, analyzing specifications, and providing accurate estimates for our clients. Responsibilities: Review project specifications, drawings, and blueprints to understand the scope of work. Conduct comprehensive analysis of project requirements, including materials, labor and equipment costs. Utilize industry-standard software and tools to create detailed and accurate cost estimates. Prepare/present estimates and proposals to prospective GCs. Prepare and obtain approvals on submittal package. Order product samples Package project documentation & work closely with Field Superintendent to ensure successful completion of scope. Continuously monitor and update estimates throughout the project lifecycle, considering any changes or variations. Price and communicate COs Produce RFIs Stay updated on industry trends, cost fluctuations, and best practices in estimation techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide support during project execution. Requirements: Proven work experience as an Estimator in the construction industry (stucco trade preferably) or a similar field. Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and specifications. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills to accurately assess project costs. Proficiency in estimation software and tools (e.g., Planswift, Bluebeam, ProEst, On-Screen Takeoff). Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities in project estimation. Effective communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines. Solid organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple projects effectively. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
