The Foreman will manage and supervise a construction crew, coordinating on-site operations and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and of the highest quality. Experience: Must have 8 to 10 years of experience in residential or commercial construction with carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work. Knowledge: Must have a thorough understanding of construction procedures, safety guidelines, and relevant industry standards. Skills: Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Additional Requirements: Must have own reliable truck that can tow project materials to job site. Must have own basic tools. Must be willing to travel up to 35 miles to job sites. Must have valid driver's license and vehicle insurance. Ability to assemble and fabricate components as part of the production process. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required by the job. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks within the production environment. Hourly rate depends on experience and performance. Principals only.
