We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator who enjoys working in a collaborative atmosphere and is ready to make an impact on high-profile projects. What You'll Do As an Estimator, you'll be a key player in planning and executing construction projects by delivering accurate, data-driven cost estimates. Analyze blueprints and project specifications to determine scope, materials, and labor needs Create comprehensive cost estimates-including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead Collaborate closely with Project Managers to align budgets and timelines Use software tools like Bluebeam to ensure accuracy and clear documentation Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Track project costs during construction to ensure budgets stay on target What We're Looking For 3+ years of estimating experience in construction or metal fabrication Proficiency in Bluebeam or similar estimating software Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset for accurate pricing Excellent communication and negotiation skills Understanding of construction principles-scheduling, budgeting, and risk analysis Familiarity with site operations and safety protocols Spanish-speaking is a plus (but not required) Team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
