Project Manager Qualifications: The Project Manager must be able to organize, coordinate, and facilitate many aspects of projects including, but not limited to, the following: Oversee multiple projects from contract award to final completion. Must have the ability to comprehend contract drawings and shop drawings. Should be able to perform material and labor takeoffs. Must be proficient in AutoCAD or Tekla to perform light steel detailing corrections to shop drawings. Possess the ability to communicate effectively to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, engineers, and architects. Create and manage RFIs, submittals, transmittals, change orders, material takeoffs, and estimates for change orders, etc. Must be proficient in various computer programs. Attend site visits / subcontractor meetings. Must have experience in field meetings. Be able to prioritize assignments while working on multiple concurrent projects. Full-time position. Minimum 3 years of experience required. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and AutoCAD.
