Roofing Foreman

We are looking for a Roofing Foreman to join our roofing company. Your primary function in this job is to manage a crew of roof mechanics and laborers, ensuring they complete each project safely and on time. You will track and report on their progress to our construction management team and our clients throughout the project. Our ideal candidate has experience installing and repairing common roofing materials commercial and residential. Responsibilities Manage a crew of roof mechanics and laborers throughout installation, repair, or removal projects Supervise equipment use Track and report progress Ensure project specifications are followed Submit employee timesheets Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience either as Foreman or Supervisor commercial or residential roofing crews Valid state Driver's License OSHA 30-hour card, a plus Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish preferred), a plus Dependable and self motivated Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen Authorized to work in the United States Company Description Elite Roofing Company of Nashville Inc. is a certified minority owned roofing contractor certified in shingle, metal and rubber roofing systems.
