Carpenter trainee / Painter / Carpenter positions available (oakland west) compensation: DOE - Starting at $22 Position 1: Carpenter Apprentice / Entry-Level We're a local design-build company specializing in high-end residential remodels and custom cabinetry. We're currently hiring a carpenter apprentice who is motivated, dependable, and eager to learn the trade from the ground up. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training provided in: - Rough carpentry (framing, blocking, backing) - Finish carpentry (trim, doors, hardware) - Cabinet making and installation - Painting, concrete work, and general site prep - Loading/unloading trucks and maintaining a clean job site Requirements: - Willingness to learn and work hard - Good communication skills and ability to follow directions - Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus - Ability to read basic construction plans is a plus - Must include your phone number and confirm you've read the compensation info below Compensation: $22+/hour depending on experience. Full-time, 40 hours/week. --- Position 2: Carpenter (Experienced) We are also hiring a skilled carpenter with experience in both rough and finish carpentry. Ideal candidates have a background in high-end residential construction and are confident reading plans and working independently or as part of a crew.
