Job Description
A local Construction Management company is looking to add a Superintendent to their laid back, self-motivated team! They work with some of the best clients in the area and are currently managing multiple projects. They are also known for having a flexible work environment, incredible culture, and upper level management!
Company details:
Project types include industrial, commercial, etc.
Heavy concrete work
Full MDV insurance as well as a 401k plan.
Potential for bonuses!
Family-like firm with an unmatched culture!
Flexible work environment - they understand that life happens!
Job Description/Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent
Must have expereince with industrial and commercial projects
Projects could be anywhere from $100k - 3 million
Manage subcontractors, in house crews, etc.
Mostly heavy concrete work
Must have good communication skills
PAY RANGE/BENEFITS:
$85-110k/year
