Maintenance Electrician

Maintenance Electrician Location: Southampton Salary: 38,000 - 40,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week Perks: No call-out, free on-site parking We're working with a facilities maintenance provider looking to add a Maintenance Electrician to their on-site team at a commercial site in Southampton. This is a static, full-time position with regular weekday hours, no call-out, no travel between sites, and free on-site parking. Key responsibilities: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment Respond to faults and carry out necessary repairs or adjustments Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and site protocols Support other site operations and liaise with contractors where necessaryWhat you'll need: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Preffered but 17th Edition Considered Experience in commercial building maintenance Good understanding of fault-finding and electrical safetyWhat's on offer: 38-40k salary, depending on experience Monday to Friday schedule (no out-of-hours call-out) Free on-site parking A stable role with a respected FM providerIf the role is of interest please send your CV in the first instance
