The ideal candidate will have a solid background in metal door and frame installation, with specific, verifiable experience in the removal of existing commercial metal doors, installation of new metal door systemsincluding those with transomsand precise alignment to meet functionality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently remove old or damaged commercial metal doors and frames. Install new commercial metal doors, including systems with transoms, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and operation. Adjust and fine-tune door hardware (e.g., hinges, locks, closers, panic bars) to ensure proper performance. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications: Verifiable experience in removing and installing commercial metal doors and frames, including transom units, is required. Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to door installation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
