Kitchen and Bathroom Designer / Sales Associate Job Type: Full-Time. Overview: A growing, family-owned residential and commercial remodeling company based in Ontario is seeking a detail-oriented, efficient Kitchen and Bathroom Designer and Sales Associate to join the team. This company specializes in full remodels with semi-custom to custom cabinetry. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and cabinetry needs Use 2020 Design software to produce detailed kitchen and bathroom designs Create high-quality 3D renderings, labeled floor plans, and elevation drawings Modify and customize framed and frameless cabinets using standard catalogs Generate accurate item lists based on approved designs Conduct in-home measurement verifications and on-site reviews with installers Work closely with the owner on project development and execution Cold call and close deals with prospective clients Conduct site visits to assess spaces and recommend remodeling solutions Requirements: Proficiency in 2020 Design software Experience with both framed and frameless cabinetry Ability to work quickly, stay organized, and meet deadlines independently Strong communication and client engagement skills Sales experience is a plus Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Professional development assistance Schedule: 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday (No weekends)
