We're recruiting on purpose for a Entry Level Civil Engineer to join our client's high-performing Construction Management Group. This is your chance to work with one of Atlanta's most respected municipal water/wastewater design firms and do it from an office just steps from Truist Park (yes, that Truist Park Go Braves!).
If you're energized by solving real-world field challenges, love collaborating with contractors and senior engineers, and want to grow your career with a top-tier engineering team, this one's for you.
What You'll Do:
Support construction management efforts on water and wastewater infrastructure projects
Coordinate with contractors, field crews, and design engineers to resolve on-site issues
Attend construction meetings and support RFI/submittal review processes
Track project progress, document field changes, and assist with construction reporting
Serve as a key liaison between the design office and the job site
What We're Looking For:
B.S. in Civil Engineering
0-5 years of engineering or construction experience (internships count!)
EIT Certification or working toward it
Strong communicator and collaborative mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD or Civil 3D is a plus
Curiosity, hustle, and the desire to grow in water/wastewater infrastructure
