Our Client is seeking a reliable, experienced Site Supervisor to oversee roofing and exterior construction job sites. We are a well-established company serving Southern Indiana and the Louisville Metro Area for over 35 years. Key Responsibilities: Supervise job sites including roofing, siding, gutters, fascia, soffit, and windows Ensure crews follow safety guidelines and install per manufacturer specifications Conduct pre- and post-job walkthroughs and daily quality control inspections Coordinate material deliveries and labor per schedule Communicate with customers, production team, and subcontractors Document job progress via photos and daily notes Update schedules and notes in AccuLynx system Qualifications: Experience supervising residential construction (especially exterior trades) Working knowledge of roofing and siding systems Ability to manage subcontractors and resolve jobsite issues Strong communication and time management skills Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and job tracking software (AccuLynx a plus) Valid driver's license required Must be punctual, professional, and safety-minded Bonus if you have: OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience with drone inspections If you are passionate about leading construction projects and have the necessary skills to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply.
