Role: Construction Project Manager Location: Dublin, CA Type: Full-time, Onsite About the Job We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our dynamic team as a Project Manager . Below is a summary of the qualifications and responsibilities for this position: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent trade experience. Experience with Accubid electrical estimating software. Proficient in managing design/build and conceptual estimating from bridging documents through SD (Schematic Design), DD (Design Development), and CD (Construction Documents). Ability to independently lead projects and teams, with project values ranging from under $1 million to $10 million. Experience gathering information from architects/engineers to develop conceptual estimates. Skilled in developing project budgets, schedules of values, and internal productivity tracking tools. Capable of issuing and managing vendor purchase orders and subcontracts from submittal through project execution and closeout. Experience in creating and maintaining project tracking logs (RFIs, submittals, change orders, etc.). Ability to mentor and train project engineers for professional growth. Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a project management setting. Experience with healthcare, laboratory, higher education, and K-12 construction projects. Basic understanding of BIM, 3D coordination, and MEP, structural, and architectural systems. Ability to verify Bills of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy. Familiarity with Lean Construction and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) concepts is a plus. Compensation & Benefits: Annual salary: $130,000 - $160,000 , depending on experience.
