Were hiring a driven, personable Bathroom Design Consultant to join our growing team in Teaneck!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for home design and sales. We provide support, training, and a steady flow of leadsso you can focus on what you do best: helping homeowners and closing deals.

What Youll Do:

In-home consultations with homeowners

75% of appointments are company-provided, 25% are self-generated

Help clients select products and design their ideal bathroom

Prepare quotes and close sales

Collaborate with our project team to ensure customer satisfaction

Compensation Options:

$500/week + Commission

Commission Only

Draw Against Commission option available

Earning Potential: $75,000 $150,000+ annually, based on performance

What Were Looking For:

Great people skills and consultative sales approach

Self-motivated, organized, and dependable

Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

Experience in design, home improvement, or in-home sales is a plus
