Maintenance/Handyman Position Available Immediately!

This Maintenance Tech position is available immediately within an established property management company located in Fort Collins.

General knowledge of plumbing, flooring, carpentry, painting, drywall and general handyman work is required.

Minimum of 2-5 years experience required.

Pay depends on experience.

You must have a cell phone and reliable transportation (A truck or SUV to pull a trailer) with a valid drivers license to service various properties in the Fort Collins/Loveland area.

You must have your own tools.
