Job Summary and QualificationsThe Contract Analyst with Surgery Ventures Group prepares and organizes operational projects and financial reports, working closely with other Administrators, Controller, Regional CFOs, VP-Operations and SVPs.
What you will do in this role:
Collaborate with management and the legal department to draft, review and execute professional service agreements and other contracts.
- Request / change approver access and contractor information.
- Create, renew, or terminate contracts in the system.
- Follow up with Administrators, VPOs, and other management to assure assigned tasks are completed within deadlines in the contract system.
- Communicate and work closely with the legal team to manage and support all contract-related tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of contract terms, expirations and renewals.
- Attend bi-monthly WebEx meetings with the legal department and VPOs by region.
- Lead and support colleagues that are assigned to specific divisions by offering coverage as needed, and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Facilitate comprehensive training for incoming management on the contract system.
- Keep training manuals up to date with current key information, contacts and processes.
- Ensure HealthStream training is up to date and assigned to new Administrators.
- Complete in person and WebEx training with new Administrators and VPOs.
Complete monthly and bi-monthly reporting
- Maintain the contract log with current contracts and deadlines in process and communicate to various management.
- Maintain the real estate log and communicate to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with other administrative assignments as needed.
What is required for this role:
- Bachelors degree or comparable experience
- 3-5 years of paralegal or contract experience required
