If you have experience in asphalt and are looking for work, you are encouraged to apply for a role as Paving Equipment Operator, where you will play a critical role in applying asphalt to roadbeds, parking lots, and other surfaces. Responsibilities Operate asphalt paving machines to apply asphalt to roadbeds, parking lots, and other surfaces. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on paving equipment. Collaborate with other crew members to ensure efficient and quality work. Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Operate milling machine. Qualifications Certification in asphalt paving or related field. Experience with different types of paving equipment. Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance. Prior experience in construction industry leadership, preferably in excavating and/or civil construction industries. Prior of experience running heavy equipment. Ability to read blueprints and check elevations. Understanding of basic math and measurements. Pay/Other: $25-$35/HR Weekly Pay Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
