Senior Estimator

We’re looking for a Senior Estimator to lead all aspects of estimating for commercial ground-up projects. You’ll work closely with preconstruction and operations to win work and set projects up for success.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates for projects $10M–$100M+

• Manage takeoffs, scope reviews, and subcontractor pricing

• Work directly with clients, architects, and internal teams

• Lead bid day activities and support value engineering

Requirements:

• 8+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction

• Proficient with takeoff and estimating software

• Strong understanding of construction costs and methods

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related preferred
