MIG Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team for the 2nd shift, specializing in production-based welding on mild steel. This role involves reading blueprints and utilizing MIG welding techniques.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform welding tasks on mild steel using MIG welding techniques.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints to complete welding projects.
+ Engage in production-based welding activities efficiently and accurately.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 1 year experience in MIG welding.
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading related to welding.
+ Ability to perform fabrication and grinding tasks.
+ Skill in using a tape measure for precise measurements.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in reading a weld blueprint for at least 1 year.

**Work Environment**
Work in a large facility with 400 employees across three shifts. The 2nd shift operates from 2pm to midnight, Monday through Thursday, with additional hours every Friday from noon to 9pm and every other Saturday from noon to 9pm. A $3 premium is offered for the 2nd shift. Expect consistent work through Q3.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
Growing rapidly as they diversify nicely into different industries: College and pro locker rooms, government, police stations, military, schools, grow industry.
Growth opps to move up quickly into a Machine Op 2 that comes with a $1.50 raise

Goal sharing: monthly incentive based off of efficiency, delivery, safety and scrap. Can be up to an extra $1.80/hr
