Carpenter**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled carpenters to join our team working on new construction projects. Our projects vary in size and can range from small to large builds, offering a diverse and exciting work environment. With over 20 projects currently underway in the La Crosse, Wisconsin area, you may find yourself on a jobsite for an extended period or on shorter projects. We are particularly interested in carpenters experienced in steel stud framing.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform general carpentry tasks on new construction buildings.
+ Collaborate with a team of tenured carpenters.
+ Work on projects ranging from small to large scale builds.
+ Engage in steel stud framing and other carpentry aspects.
**Essential Skills**
+ Expertise in concrete, finish, and commercial construction.
+ Proficiency in trim carpentry and framing.
+ Ability to use a tape measure and hand tools effectively.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in rough framing, interior trimming, and exterior finishing.
+ Capability to travel up to 1.5 hours for project assignments.

**Work Environment**
Work primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions and elements. Team sizes will vary depending on project requirements. Working hours typically range from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM, mostly Monday to Friday. Necessary personal protective equipment includes leather boots above the ankle, safety glasses, a hard hat, and high-visibility gear.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
