CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring an experienced Foreman-Level Plumber for a long-term hospital project in Nolensville, TN. This role requires a certified MedGas plumber with strong leadership skills who can run a crew while also performing hands-on work. Candidates must have their own tools and be ready to lead by example in a high-demand healthcare construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a plumbing crew on a hospital construction site

• Perform MedGas-certified installations and inspections

• Ensure quality and safety standards are met

• Coordinate with project managers and other trades on-site

• Interpret plans and drawings, order materials as needed

• Maintain project timelines and crew productivity

Requirements:

• Valid MedGas certification (required)

• Proven experience leading plumbing crews on commercial projects

• Strong background in healthcare or hospital plumbing preferred

• Own tools and reliable transportation

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• No training provided - certified and experienced foremen only
