We're seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate capital construction initiatives across our facilities-ensuring excellence, safety, and compliance at every stage. This role offers the opportunity to drive high-impact projects in a mission-driven healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of new construction and renovation projects across Beacon Health System.

  • Review and evaluate architectural and engineering designs for functionality, cost-effectiveness, and code compliance.

  • Oversee bid processes, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships.

  • Serve as the owner's representative-ensuring projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget goals.

  • Approve and monitor change orders and contractor payments.

  • Collaborate closely with Facilities Engineering leadership to align construction projects with system-wide infrastructure strategies.

  • Maintain comprehensive project reporting, tracking, and documentation.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

  • 15+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale construction projects; healthcare construction preferred.

  • Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local construction codes and regulatory requirements.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, read blueprints, interpret specifications, and calculate material and labor costs.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills-able to collaborate with architects, contractors, hospital leaders, and public officials.
