Lead/Foreman Electrician** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Lead/Foreman Electrician for a highly skilled position involving troubleshooting and electrical installation in a commercial setting. The candidate will supervise 6-10 electricians, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with relevant codes. **Pay: 25-35/hr** **Responsibilities** + Supervise and lead a team of 6-10 electricians in a commercial setting. + Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. + Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical codes. + Possess conduit bending and electrical wiring skills. + Proficiently handle Relay Logic, PLCs, AC/DC Drives. + Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills. **Essential Skills** + Prior experience as a Lead/Foreman in electrical work. + Experience in commercial construction and electrical installations. + Proficiency in working with voltage, conduit, and electrical systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with installation, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems. + Ability to properly interpret code requirements. + Familiarity with wiring methods associated with construction electrical work. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, a company vehicle, and paid employee-only benefits. You will be representing the company on client sites, so professionalism and respect are paramount. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leola, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
