Masis Staffing is seeking a General Laborer for a well-established organization that has been servicing all 50 states since 2005. The company specializes in building a variety of products and custom fabrication. They offer a strong culture and working environment in a smaller-sized company. This is

a temp-to-hire opportunity with Core hours being Monday to Thursday E/o Friday from 5:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Responsibilities of the General Laborer:

Assist with the setup and operation of fabrication equipment.

Load and unload materials and products.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines.

Perform basic quality checks on finished products.

Assist with inventory management and tracking.

Bend Conduit and understand geometry

Requirements of the General Laborer:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.

Basic knowledge of hand tools.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is a plus.

Pass Geometry test

Compensation of the General Laborer:

$22.00 -$23.00 per hour
