What You'll Do Carry materials and assist with general site cleanup Use hand tools like hammers, tape measures, and speed squares Support carpenters with assembly and installation tasks Work on a variety of Tilt-up construction projects across multiple sites What You Bring 2-4 years of commercial construction experience Ability to read and understand blueprints Skilled in using hand, power, and measuring tools Experience with Tilt-up projects is a plus Willingness to travel between job sites (Airway Heights to Post Falls) Why Join Us?
