Looking for plumber in the general Wilmington area

un Looking for plumber in the general Wilmington area (Wilmington OH) compensation: 40 Hello All. Looking for a "plumbers helper" as in someone who works for a plumber and has extensive experience or even a plumber who's very experienced and efficient. I have a 1921 house in Wilmington that has both cast iron drain pipes and galvanized water pipes that need repairs occasionally. My current plumber has to come from Cincinnati and has raised his rates extensively - he claims because of the distance. I have no problem paying a good rate but it seems like many plumbers spend more time figuring out how much they can charge than working on the problem and fixing it. Please don't contact me if you don't have extensive plumbing experience. I'm willing to work with somebody that is currently working under a plumber and can't do everything but knows their limitations. In some cases you could do a lot of the work and then if I need somebody else to pull a permit or finish the project we can find somebody else to do that. If you have other skills such as some electrical or carpentry that would be an added bonus. I am good to work with; I have good references and I pay immediately upon completion of the job. I'm even willing to partner with you on a job if you come across a good deal on a house that needs rehab. I would surprise you with how generous I can be.
