Cabinet Installer** **Job Description** Join our team as a cabinet installer or cabinet maker where you will either work at an assembly station, engaging in the assembly, painting, staining, or sanding of cabinets, or venture to job sites to install cabinets. All processes come with step-by-step guides, making this a trainable role. **Responsibilities** + Assemble cabinets with precision and care. + Paint or stain cabinets, ensuring quality and finish. + Sand and inspect cabinets for quality assurance. + Install cabinets on job sites using hand and power tools. + Stain and sand cabinets following directions for quality and efficiency. + Perform stain matching to ensure products match approved samples. **Essential Skills** + Previous wood staining experience is necessary. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Ability to read a tape measure accurately. + Capability to stand for 10-hour shifts. + Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others. + Ability to work independently and follow instructions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience as a cabinet maker is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a climate-controlled environment that keeps both you and the wood products in perfect condition.
