From design through execution and turnover, you'll ensure every milestone is met with excellence. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage subcontractors, and drive results that meet or exceed contractual obligations. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead multi-site, multi-year national programs from kickoff to closeout. + Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to contractual standards. + Manage project schedules, financials, subcontractors, and internal teams. + Resolve construction disputes and scope changes with professionalism and clarity. + Track progress, mitigate risks, and report on key performance indicators. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsinternal and external. **What You Bring** **Must-Have Qualifications:** + 5+ years in A/E or Design-Build project management. + 5+ years in construction projects over $4M. + 3+ years of experience in Fire Alarm, BMS, or Security systems. + Familiarity with NFPA 72, 101, and fire alarm system standards. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. + PMI certification. + Certifications in XLS140/XLS3000 Fire Detection Systems. + Xtralis Vesda accreditation. + NICET III or higher. **Why Join Us?** We connect elite professionals with industry leaders.
