This role supports front-line technical sales by developing proposals for equipment maintenance, construction, and O&M contracts related to substations, particularly in brownfield GIS and EPC projects. + Collaborate with Marketing to align and contribute to initiatives that support Sales efforts.
+ Assist leadership in gathering Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to inform new product development, product enhancements, and service offerings.
+ Promote effective use of customer relationship management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce.
