PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a detail-driven and highly organized Project Coordinator/Specialist to join our dynamic team supporting large-scale manufacturing and HVAC project execution. In this critical role, you'll help streamline operations, track progress, and ensure cross-functional alignmentkeeping our projects moving forward on time, on budget, and with precision.

**Your Role and Why It Matters:**

As a Project Coordinator, youll play a vital part in keeping complex projects aligned and efficient from start to finish. By managing documentation, communication, and project logistics, youll empower our teams to focus on delivery while ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

**What Youll Be Doing:**

+ Coordinate project milestones, schedules, and resources alongside Project Managers and Engineers.

+ Track and follow up on project deliverables, tasks, and timelines.

+ Manage critical documentation, including billing (AIA), change order logs, subcontractor/vendor invoices, and meeting notes.

+ Serve as a liaison across departments (Sales, Service, Projects) to ensure communication and accountability.

+ Prepare weekly/monthly status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

+ Facilitate project turnover meetings and manage new vendor/subcontractor setup in our purchasing system.

+ Support cost tracking, budgeting, risk management, and process improvement initiatives.

+ Assist with implementing project management tools and best practices that increase team efficiency and clarity.

**What Youll Bring:**

**Required Qualifications:**

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Minimum 2 years of experience in a project coordination or support role

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field

+ Experience in the HVAC, construction, or manufacturing sectors

+ Familiarity with project methodologies such as Agile or Stage-Gate

+ Experience with MS Project or similar project management tools

**Pay Details:** $43.20 per hour
