Concrete Laborers & Carpenters $20-27 Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Location: Based in the Denver Metro Area and Mountain towns(Travel Required) Job Overview We are actively seeking skilled Concrete Laborers and Carpenters to join our growing construction team for immediate openings. This position involves hands-on work on commercial construction projects, both locally and across Colorado. Ideal candidates will have experience in structural work, concrete, and general site labor. Key Responsibilities Perform structural and repair work on commercial construction sites. Assist with formwork, concrete pours, rebar installation, and framing. Support carpenters and framers with daily tasks. Conduct demolition, concrete finishing, and general site cleanup. Operate tools and equipment such as jackhammers and saws. Load, unload, and move materials on-site. Qualifications Preferred Experience: 1+ year in commercial construction or related fields. If experienced in farm work, landscaping, or other exterior labor-intensive environments. you could be a fit! Familiarity with large-scale construction sites and safety protocols. Skills & Attributes: Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. Knowledge of construction safety practices. Why Join Us? Work Environment Initial work will be local, with travel required for projects across Colorado (up to 3 weeks at a time). Current project locations include Denver, Longmont, and Aspen Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience) Per Diem: $40/day for travel assignments Lodging: Company-paid for qualifying travel projects Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
